I will not be editing your exterior fixtures, but you're welcome to change them before/after I have finished.

I ask that you do not change fixtures during the design process, as it may interfere with the placement of items.

I will not be editing anything within the house itself, as it is not part of the garden.

I'd prefer if you removed all current housing items from your garden before I begin. If you've forgotten, I will place them in your storeroom.
